I Tried a 3-Day Juice Cleanse as a Busy Mum (Fuel Station Liverpool Review)

January already feels like one big reset, new goals, fresh starts and a desire to feel better after the chaos of Christmas. I decided to try a 3 Day Lean Juice Cleanse from a local Liverpool business, Fuel Station, as a gentle way to reset my body and refocus my eating habits. This is my honest experience, from day one excitement to breaking my fast, bloating benefits, and whether I’d actually recommend doing it again.

A Gentle Start: Planning January Without Losing Your Mind

January doesn’t need to come in loud.

After the rush of December and the pressure to suddenly fix everything on the 1st of January. I wanted to create something a little softer. Something that helps you slow down, take stock and gently set yourself up for the year ahead without overwhelm.

This post brings together two simple tools Ive made for you. A January goal setting calender and an Intentional journal printable. Designed for mums and women who are creating routines or just a sense of calm after a busy season.

No rigid plans. No unrealistic expectations. Just a space to reflect, reset and choose one or two things that actually matter to you.

Whether you use them in one quiet moment with a brew, or come back to them throughout the month.

Sometimes starting gently is the most intentional thing we can do.

Family Camping at Bala Lake: Canoes, Waterfalls & Campfires

Our annual camping trip to Bala Lake was pure chaos and pure joy rolled into one. Picture this: 40 people, seven tents, one campervan, beaming sun by day vs freezing nights, toasted Babybels on the fire, canoeing on Bala Lake, a waterfall swim… oh, and me falling 8ft off a fence. It was bloody amazing and we wouldn’t change a thing.
